(Note: I submitted this a few days ago, but I'm re-submitting it for the contest... so if you've seen it already, please ignore XD )

I'm totally going to hell for this one.
I got the idea when I was walking around Michael's with my roommate, discussing gingerbread houses. All of a sudden, I thought - - "Why not a gingerbread hostel?" Like the horror movie, Hostel. (I've got a very twisted mind, if you didn't already know.)
So my mad little hands went to work, and I came up with this. It was my first attempt at making a gingerbread house from scratch, but I had fun.
I made four of the characters, but for some reason I can't remember any of their names except one, even though I just watched it. O_o They're the German surgeon, the Japanese girl who got her eye burned out, the American kid (the one who survived), and Oli. (He was my favorite in the movie )

The gingerbread & icing were made from scratch. The house is also decorated with cinnamon imperials, Hershey's Kissables, and some kind of AirHeads sour candy tape. The blood on the people (and splattered on the outside of the house, if you look close) is red gel icing. And there's coconut snow, just to be all seasonal and festive.
